This site is built to be simple: you read it and you call. That keeps what we collect small. This page lists what we do collect, what outside services load on a page and how to reach us with a question.

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no accounts and no comment boxes. We do not ask you to type personal information into the site. The pages are the same for every visitor.

When you call or email us

If you call (833) 571-0120, we receive the number you are calling from and whatever you tell us about the problem and your address. We use it to answer your call and to arrange the work you ask for. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and your message, and we use them to reply.

We do not sell your contact details.

Google Fonts and other files loaded from other companies

Some pages load files from other companies. When that happens, the company can see your IP address and basic browser details, as with any web request, and its own privacy policy applies.

Google Fonts loads the typefaces used across the site.
Google Maps loads in the map on the homepage, the contact page and the neighborhood pages.
Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as the pages requested and the time.

Cookies and tracking

The site's own code does not set cookies or store information in your browser. At the time of this update, the site loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Google, as an outside service above, may set its own cookies when a map loads. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first.

Children

This website is for adults who own or manage a home or a small business. It is not directed at children.
